9. On enquiring with the check-in staff I was informed that two new TVs had been fitted and they had forgotten to clean the room in the rush.

10. The Arlington property gives a free shuttle to the National Airport Metro station, much safer location, etc. Otherwise, the staff was great in allowing us to check in early and check out a little late.
