They front desk had to get the

gave us a hard time, etc. What's worse is that they never resolved the booking issue after assuring us they would and ended up billing us twice.

Even a minor mistake made by a trainee front-desk clerk was addressed by the

who sent a note of apology and a platter of chocolates and cookies to our room.
