7. Dealing with the reservation desk was a delight (when was the last time you saw that term used to describe the front desk) whether it was getting change for a twenty, receiving a hard copy of our bill or snagging a tasty treat from the always filled cookie jar.

9. The front desk person was unfamiliar on how to handle our Expedia reservation and said the bank had refused our credit card when we registered.

10. They front desk had to get the manager, the manager gave us a hard time, etc. What's worse is that they never resolved the booking issue after assuring us they would and ended up billing us twice.
