1. There are quiet little areas (sunset point) which are great walk around (picture attached).

10. Even more convenient, you can walk to the Linda Isle (?) trail head 1/4 mile south of the hotel tennis courts, on a level dirt path, and it's a beautiful hike in the national (cactus) forest from there, including a challenging climb if you go all the way to the top like I did.
