3. On check-in we were assigned to one of their casitas (a big Thank You to Hilton!) It had a a large living room/dining room, a separate bedroom, and 2 HD TV's.

5. Our check in was quick and pleasant, concierge was very helpful, as well as bellmen at the front door (we never had to open those doors ourselves our entire stay!).
