8. Syracuse is still a city and it has to be expected that views are more typically urban but then, I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels in NYC with a view of a brick wall or back alley.

10. Only the street facing rooms (less than 20% of total) have this view, the rest have an alley way or a parking lot.
