9. EVERYTHING about this hotel is wonderful, from the person taking the reservations, to the front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the room, to the quality of the rooms.

10. Must say, the overall experience was pretty good, though when the hospitality industry depends so much on first impressions, I think this location could invest a little more time in evaluating whom they put behind the front desk.
