1. With ample free parking, it is close to the university and a safe six block walk to the Armoury District.

6. I do wish they had mentioned where the elevators were as I ended up climbing stairs to the 6th floor - twice!- when I came in from the - free - parking area at the rear of the building (the elevators are through the doors at the end of the hallway).
