1. Add that to the cost of throwing away my suitcase and laundering all of my clothing twice, and half-off the room didn't even come close to what it cost me to deal with their negligence.

2. There was minor confusion w/ the second room we had booked for our friends and they were upgraded to a suite - and all for less than half the cost of the major hotels chains in Syracuse.
