1. The rooms are very clean and nicely updated, but it's obvious they just dressed up an old building: New tile in shower over a really beat-up bathtub.

3. The temperature was never consistent and the mat that sits in the bottom of the shower is a breading ground for bacteria, not just your bacteria but the bacteria of the previous occupant.
