1. Great room, great dinner, great breakfast, (especially Steve Marrot the chef who came and told us how he made that sensational pudding!) The walk the next day around the river was magnificent, we fell in love with this town.

The one time we had a small issue, the manager went out of his way to make sure our problems were solved promptly, and then even tho it was a very minor issue (we had hoped to get the same room wed had the last time we stayed), he comped us a full dinner, featuring ribeye steaks for me and the wife, and cheeseburgers for the boys.
