2. I really liked that I had a feather pillow and the bed was double sheeted, unfortunately we still had the use the bed cover for warmth and I don't like those at all.

5. The supervisor on call agreed that the sheets were 'unacceptable' and that she would take it up with her Manager and have the manager call me.

6. Guess what- the Manager did not call, so i called the Manager to get an explanation and she talked to me for 10 minutes and promised that she would personally go to the room and take a look at the sheets and call back to give me a resolution to the issue.

9. We had checked in late (around 8:30pm), did not notice how dirty the sheets were until around 10, maintainence brought us our sheets but we ended up having to change both beds ourselves.
