3. Guess what- the Manager did not call, so i called the Manager to get an explanation and she talked to me for 10 minutes and promised that she would personally go to the room and take a look at the sheets and call back to give me a resolution to the issue.

4. I expressed my displeasure to Les, who is the manager, and he somehow not only got us all the rooms we needed, but placed them adjacent to each other, looking over the river, AND one of them handicap access.

8. The one time we had a small issue, the manager went out of his way to make sure our problems were solved promptly, and then even tho it was a very minor issue (we had hoped to get the same room wed had the last time we stayed), he comped us a full dinner, featuring ribeye steaks for me and the wife, and cheeseburgers for the boys.
