1. I recommend a room on the backside of the hotel where you get a nice view of a residential area and won't hear any traffic noise from the freeway.

2. and I walked to Riverfront Park and had a great time viewing the Spokane Falls from below the dam and then walking around the beautiful park on the trails.

3. Outdated furnishings, hair on the blankets, caulking coming off the tub and bathroom walls, paint chipping off the walls, stains on carpet and sheets, nice view of the rundown apartments in the back along with a dead bug lying on the windowsill.
