1. I came to Spokane just to take care of one patient, I searched for hotels in the medical center surroundings, most what i liked in this hotel is the friendly management , excellent breakfast (Boiled eggs and fresh waffles) and the free shuttle service to the hospital and the airport.

3. Travis was wonderful to work with during the planning, gave us a great room rate and even extended shuttle service hours to provide transportation to and from the conference site for those guests without cars and to pick up late arrivals at the airport.

6. this hotel is sorta new and I was not informed when they switched the complimentry shuttle to a fee until after I arrived at the airport in spokane.
