1. Though the hotel was full the night we stayed (as evidenced by the full parking lot), I was not disturbed by noise from the other rooms.

4. The parking lot was free and very large however the garage in the back had homeless people living under it.

The only cons for this place:The area looks unsafe, and I was a little worried about our car, but I did see a security car driving through the parking lot, as well as the front desk took note of what your license plate was so they could monitor cars that didn't belong, so that made us feel better.

10. We were in Spokane for the Northwest Tandem Rally and we chose the Quality Inn because of the reviews, the price and that you don't have to pay for parking.
