2. The rooms were clean, towels changed everyday, and when we needed servicing in our rooms, someone was sent right away, even after housekeeping was done for the day.

3. The room was clean (there is a checklist provided that shows everything the housekeeping staff do), well lit with 2 comfortable queen sized beds, a big desk/dressor, flat screen tv, a/c, coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

4. I called the hotel and talked to the manager who was extremely Rude and accused me of losing them between the hotel & home, and that his housekeeping has been 'falsely accused' many times before.
