2. Was stopping at santa barbara for one night as part of road trip down the pacific highway, walked in off the street managed to stay in room 107 on ground floor for $93, parking, wifi and small breakfast included too.

3. The desk clerk actually yelled at a customer who took her seat at a dining table in the crowded breakfast area, We had called the same desk clerk an hour before about the wifi being out - listened to another patron complain at the desk concerning the same issue - he too received no service.
