5. It is across from the beach and near the pier, however there is only 1 room with a good view, which we had but the view was obstructed by the hotels ugly deck.

6. If you are looking for a view of the beach, which is directly across the street, clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place to stay, It is also walking distance to State Street where there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

7. It's not new, but it has alot of character with it's own balcony to view the ocean.

9. It also had a jaccuzi tub (bonus!) and a Dutch door so when we were in the room we could leave the top open and enjoy the view and the breeze.
