1. If you are looking for a view of the beach, which is directly across the street, clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place to stay, It is also walking distance to State Street where there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

3. Also, there is not enough parking like they advertise so we had to park on a busy street in front of the homeless Vet shelter next door where they sleep 3 deep on the sidewalk out front.

6. Was stopping at santa barbara for one night as part of road trip down the pacific highway, walked in off the street managed to stay in room 107 on ground floor for $93, parking, wifi and small breakfast included too.

9. I did not get to go in the pool for there sister motel as somone else said but we did sneek into the pool accross the street.

10. Judging by the reviews, I got very lucky when I walked in off the street and got a room for $89 (in December) with nothing worse than a little grime and filth.
