2. Across the way is a park (bonus), a block or so to the beach (bonus), few minutes to drive to State Street, bathroom was small but clean, no broken tiles, no dirt, etc. Cons: thin walls (but I kept the fan on - no issues), TV is old school, bed cover thin but I anticipated that and brought my own blanket & pillow.
