4. It is a good 10 min walk down to State St but its nice with free parking and the staff were fine although we hardly saw them.

5. The tvs are old, the decor isn't something you'll want to buy, the bathroom could use an upgrade but it was close enough to the beach that I didn't have to drive down and find parking.
