1. This place despite being next to the beach is in a terrible location as it is at least 1.5 miles to the main street and the nearest Bar/restaurant.

2. Good 20 min trek to State Street and pier but the walk itself takes you through 2 different parks with water features, wildlife and some colourful plants and flowers and interesting people.
