9. If you need a last min place to stay and don't care about any kinda frills, I definitely recommend it (and I'm picky about cleanliness - slept in my sleeping back in a hotel we booked last minute in Monterey, so.

10. Well, I wouldn't spoil my trip because of that, so we enjoyed the city all day and only came to the hotel to sleep, and get up early the next days.
