1. Ya gets what ya pays for, and it is clearly less expensive than other sites in the area (although a Motel 6 is nearby, which I didn't check out.

2. The front desk personnel were very helpful, but the office doesn't open until 8 AM if you are leaving early be sure to check out the night before.
