1. To the the credit of the night manager, he was a nice guy just trying to keep the ship afloat, he was kind.

2. The manager did apologize, and offerred that the Queen did in fact have a better view, which to his credit I do believe that it did.

3. We called the night manager and returned our key and said we would come back in the AM to speak with the owner and that we were not staying due to the unhealthy quality of the room.

4. Our tiny TV didn't work and we had to call the night manager in to fix it, he peeled the tape off of the remote, grabbed a chair and tugged on some cords (all while large amounts of dust were flying in to the air), He finally got it to work.

5. There was hair on the bed, there are no air conditioning - I had to ask the manager for one - and he gave me a beaten one.
