1. Hopefully the empty restaurant space next to the lobby will soon have a bar/restaurant right there, but if not, there are plenty of places to walk to.

2. The Location was amazing, it was seriously 1 1/2 blocks away from the peir/beach and walking distance to the shopping stores on State Street (you just have to pass the little bridge, but really nice walk).
