1. Easy walk to beach or downtown and if you are taking a train it is no hassle to get to it with luggage and no taxi fare.

6. We would recommend to rather book ahead a motel downtown or stay a little further from downtown in one of the motels when you have no reservation, as downton is very accessible by car.
