1. We never had an issue with noise due to the hotel being set back off the street and we enjoyed popping into the lobby for the ever present fresh juice, coffee or tea.

4. The grounds are the highlight with two pools(including towels available poolside),jacuzzi, nice little lobby area with laptops set up, and a a lot of little outside sitting areas.
