One of the 2 small glitches was a gas heater in the room with the pilot light on which by itself produced too much heat, so we had to ask for it to be turned off (small problem); the other small unpleasant factor was one of the female employees at the reception - fake pleasantness upon check-in and genuine unpleasantness upon checkout - we even had to ask another person in the office to produce a receipt for our stay because the first one refused.
