The room had tons of ants but ants I can deal with, construction behind the hotel starting at 6am went to take a shower in the dirty bathroom either freezing cold or scalding hot water no in between the best part was when we were packing up to leave we put our bags on the bed and found a cockroach so I went to the front desk to complain and the manager was arguing with me telling me it was not a cockroach it was a waterbug (i have pictures to prove that it is in fact a cockroach) and disregarded everything else i said but she did tell me i would be getting a discount on the room (only 20%).

2. com and they spoke with her she said i would not be getting a discount because we smoked in the room (which is completely false!) so i called the sandman in and spoke with the manager Camillia again she was completely rude and is now accusing me of smoking pot in the room I DO NOT SMOKE POT.

3. When I brought the issues to the attention of the manager, she did discount the room 35%.

4. I did talk to the front desk about it and they came in and sprayed for bugs *aaugh@) and offered a 10% discount for one night.
