1. Stearns Wharf is just down the street and there is a really convenient and cheap(25 cents) shuttle bus that goes up and down State Street (or you could walk it if you are energetic).

3. The location was great with just short scenic walk to the beach and Stearns Wharf and a 25 cent shuttle ride to the zoo, harbor, and many fine restaurants and eclectic shops downtown in the State Street area.
