1. So no fault of the staff who were pleasant & helpful but I think if i came to SB again, i would save my money and pick a cheaper hotel further back from the harbour.

3. When we arrived, our room was 'garden view' but was totally inadequate for the price, small and dark and more expensive than a pretty plush hotel in Pacific Heights where we got two rooms for our money - so check exactly what you are getting before you go.
