1. The toilet's are low height which she had some difficulty with, but being able to walk into the shower was wonderful.

2. It's a 20 minute walk to State Street and all the action, but the walk along the beach is lovely and if you prefer an easier walk there's always the sidewalk which stretches along the entire beach.

4. Sundays there is an arts and crafts fair right on the boardwalk, and it's a pleasant walk to the base of State Street and the pier, where you can grab a 25 cent electric tram all the way up to the top of State and work your way back down if you choose.

9. We stayed in one of the upgraded rooms, lovely with a great shower, flat screen TV, fireplace and had a great view of the ocean and was within walking distance to everything doing with the harbor scene.
