2. My husband and I stayed here in February for a couple of days and really liked the couple at the front desk, the rooms and the proximity to the beach and state street shops, restaurants and movie theatres.

3. The front desk is just small counter and they are only 'open' until 8:45pm, although I think you can call them if you have an emergency.
