1. My daughter is allergic to dogs and her bed sheets had black dog hair all over them, which was very uncomfortable and downright hygienic issue.

2. Specifically, the mattresses feel hard and old, the pillows essentially flatten to the mattress when you put your head on them, but worst of all the sheets feel like sandpaper.
