The lobby is cozy with a fireplace, the cookies they put out at the desk in the afternoons are wonderful, and the
front desk
staff are the most courteous, friendly, and helpful people we've ever encountered .

People at the
front desk
are very helpful in arranging activities, restaurants etc. When we told them we were taking a sunset sailing cruise, they packed a very nice picnic basket with cheese, crackers, fruit that cost only $14.00 assuming we returned the basket.
