1. 3) It is a relaxed, stress free environment with lots of nice touches, and 4) the food offering was high quality and reasonable cost (especially included breakfast).

2. People at the front desk are very helpful in arranging activities, restaurants etc. When we told them we were taking a sunset sailing cruise, they packed a very nice picnic basket with cheese, crackers, fruit that cost only $14.00 assuming we returned the basket.

4. For what this place costs, I never dreamed I'd be loading a luggage cart and then carrying heavy bags up a flight of stairs.

6. It was very nice, great room (ignoring the inconsiderates above us) but it was more a large B&B than a hotel and we did feel we paid much more than it was actually worth but if you don't mind the cost, you'll enjoy it.

7. After booking one room, I was contacted with a HUGE apology that the room had already been booked and if it was alright, they would book me in a larger room at no cost.
