3. When trying to get a refund, the hotel charged me, not refunded, two days and I had to talk to the manager on the phone and go back to the hotel and speak with the front desk on several different occassions (I'm still waiting for the refund).

8. They gave us a refund, and we were put through trying to find another hotel(we finally found a great one after looking at 7 hotels in hotel circle - took us 2 1/2 hours!) I would NOT recommend this MOTEL unless you're into nasty, smelly, motels.
