1. They gave us a refund, and we were put through trying to find another hotel(we finally found a great one after looking at 7 hotels in hotel circle - took us 2 1/2 hours!) I would NOT recommend this MOTEL unless you're into nasty, smelly, motels.

2. I was very pleasantly surprised by the front desk staff (two different middle aged men on different days, sorry I'm terrible with names) who went out of their way to be pleasant and arrange transport, recommend places of interest and who were both genuinely welcoming.
