5. When trying to get a refund, the hotel charged me, not refunded, two days and I had to talk to the manager on the phone and go back to the hotel and speak with the front desk on several different occassions (I'm still waiting for the refund).

6. just two (three) more things: I'm seriously angry that a)'days inn' let something like this operate under its name even if (what was stated at the front desk) its independently operated by an investor.

7. I was very pleasantly surprised by the front desk staff (two different middle aged men on different days, sorry I'm terrible with names) who went out of their way to be pleasant and arrange transport, recommend places of interest and who were both genuinely welcoming.

8. Oh, and you might want to bring your own maid with you because room service does not make your bed daily or give you extra towles, you personally have to go to the front desk for it :).
