When I got to the hotel everything was fine the front desk

seemed nice and was willing to answer any questions.

When trying to get a refund, the hotel charged me, not refunded, two days and I had to talk to the
manager
on the phone and go back to the hotel and speak with the front desk on several different occassions (I'm still waiting for the refund).

b)hotwire offers this property to its customers with a 75% customer satisfaction rate (a rate that I really can not believe looking at this motel and remembering what I just saw)How can somebody write about good service at this place?if you would like to go there then Pool hours are still terrible, another thing - I got checked in at 9pm by the general

I called to speak to the
manager
to rectify and reverse the charges, of course, no
manager
on site, no supervisor, 'just the front desk attendant' who 'can not help you mam'.
