1. Only negative--we didn't realize that Thursday was street cleaning day in front of the hotel where we parked--but that was our fault for not reading the sign (we also had a handicapped placard so we were able to park on the street for longer than two hours).

2. My sister and I were assigned a double room on the 4th floor, facing quiet State Street.

3. The other thing I liked was how quiet it was being a block away from India street.
"Good Little Italy experience - 4th floor rooms smelled very good " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/24/2012 Vote
4. There is a Days INN up the street that I loved, even that is an avg of half this hotels price.
"This place is not like the pictures " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2012 Vote
5. I was picturing a hotel with high cielings, a nice pool and hot tub to relax in at night, free parking?(22 dollars to valet your car, or you can 'park on the street' like they said, but there is a lot across the street that you can get for cheaper than 20) or even just friendly staff.

6. Daily parking fee of $22 is a joke, use the free or meters on the street instead.
"Nice Boutique Hotel in Little Italy " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/7/2012 Vote
7. We spent 2 nights at this hotel and its right next to the main street of little Italy and within walking distance to the Gaslamp district.
"Great location, good hotel for the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
8. We reached to the hotel at 1 pm, parked our car (FIND street parking, $22 a night is ridiculous when there is plenty of street parking) and went to the lobby to check in.
"Basic Necessities " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/7/2011 Vote
9. From the street, looks great; inside, less impressive.
"Decent, but room for imporvement " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/14/2011 Vote
10. On Saturday there was a huge Farmer's Market just down the street which had some great food and crafts.
