7. My husband went down to the desk and the clerk rudely informed him to 'check his reservations' and told us that we hadn`t reserved a microwave and refrigerator (flat out said it wasn`t on our reservations) and that she could put us in a bigger room but charge us more.

10. The only things I did not like about the hotel was the fact, that they charge 22$ a day for the parking, there were some constructions right next to the hotel (which caused a lot of noise in some rooms) and it was a former Motel, so sometimes it feels like a cheap place without nice details.
