Pros: (1) Transportation to the airport, (2) in the middle of everything, (3) friendly staffCons: (1) The restaurant that served the breakfast was out of a lot of food items, plates, silverware, etc. The menu did not vary much from day to day and all of the traditionally tasty food items were only available for an additional charge.

Stayed here for 5 nights, 6 daysPros: Great location, reasonably good breakfast, reasonably cleanCons: Old towels (clean), old shower curtains (not-so-clean), hotel needs to be refurbishedProblems: Reserved a Bayview room (for which they charge more) but the bathtub drain was not working properly - so ended up with 3 inches of water by the time I was done with my bath.

7. Although check-in time is officially 3.00pm, we were told our room was ready and were allowed to access the room (no extra charge).
