3. We were able to get Zoo tickets at the front desk and they just added them to our bill to be paid upon leaving, so within 2 minutes we had Zoo tickets and a cabbie outside waiting to take us there.

5. One of the ladies even cheerfully changed my dollar bills into quarters for the soda machine, which wouldn't accept bills from anyone that night.
