7. first impressions seemed a bit grotty and a little 'chavy'Once settled in, opinions changed, pleasent hotel, great location, so close to sea world which is well worth a visit and not to far from the zoo either which is also fab!its in a lovely area, a good loaction to walk to many places, and there are some lovely walks, bed was comfy rooms were a nice size and nice to have a large door to let some fresh air in.
