3. In all fairness, when we called for towels they offered to clean, but by this time we wanted to rest and get ready for a night out.

4. There was always a maid in the hall busy, so whenever we needed something like new clean fresh towels she always helped us out-no questions asked.

5. The man that helped me gave us a key pass to the pool and we were able to grab our suites and hop on into the jucuzzi-they also had towels readily available,nice!after getting warm, we ordered a light snack from the pool grill-pretty sweet.

6. We would come back from Seaworld to let my boy nap and at 2pm the room was not 'cleaned' - and then they would finally come around but I didn't want my boy to be disturbed, but even on the days when they did come around it appears that cleaning consists of replacing towels.
