We had the 'Be Green' sign on our door (means not to clean

s or sheets so it's better for environment) but the cleaning staff took that to be a 'do not disturb' sign and didn't bring our requested items.

However, this hotel, like many others, saves on costs by not changing sheets, or giving new clean

s everyday, unless the guest specifically requests new items.
