1. Friendly, courteous and more than accomodating specially when I asked for a late check out since I was catching a red eye back to NY.

4. (Check out the Pizza and Subs place down the street from the hotel by the way - the owner, Jason, is a stand-up guy, and makes a great pie!) And kudos to the SATO Travel Agent Kristin who recommended staying here so we could be sure to be close to the action in the Gaslamp District.

5. Apparently a 'preferred guest' was staying in our room before us and they have the option to check out at 4pm.
